Refund Policy

This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are issued for commissioned artwork and related services provided by Minerva Art Studio.
1. Eligibility for Refunds

A full refund is available only if the commission is cancelled before any work has started.

If work has begun (such as sketching or early concepts), a partial refund may be considered based on the stage of progress.

Once the final artwork is delivered, no refunds will be issued.
2. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:

The client changes their mind after the artwork is completed.

The client fails to provide necessary information or references after payment, causing delays or cancellation.

Requests for major revisions not included in the initial agreement are denied and lead to dissatisfaction.

The artwork is completed according to the approved brief and reference materials provided.
3. Dispute Resolution
If you believe your case requires special review, you may email us within 7 days of receiving the artwork to discuss concerns. Refunds, if granted, will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Chargebacks
Clients are encouraged to contact us first regarding any issues. Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed with supporting documentation, including communication history, sketches, progress files, and approved terms.
5. Commission Adjustments
If a minor issue is found in the final work that was part of the original request, we may offer a fix at no additional cost within 3 days of delivery. This is not considered a refund, but part of the final adjustment.
