By requesting a commission or using any services offered through Minerva Art Studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms help ensure clarity and fairness for both the client and the artist.
1. Commission Requests
All custom artwork begins with a commission request submitted via our form or email. We review each request before confirming availability. We reserve the right to accept or decline any request without explanation.
2. Pricing and Payment

Prices are quoted based on the details provided by the client.

A 50% upfront payment is required to begin work.

The remaining 50% is due before final delivery of the artwork.

Payments are accepted via Wise, NayaPay, SadaPay, or other approved methods.

Prices may vary based on complexity, number of characters, and other factors.
3. Revisions

Each commission includes one sketch-stage revision and one final minor revision.

Additional revisions or changes outside the original request may incur extra charges.

Major revisions after the final stage (such as pose, scene, or character changes) will be treated as new work.
4. Deadlines and Turnaround Time

Estimated delivery is between 7–14 business days, depending on the project.

Delays may occur due to complexity or volume of orders; clients will be informed promptly.

Rush orders are available only by prior agreement and may involve an added fee.
5. Usage and Rights

The artwork is for personal use only unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients may share the work on social media or personal platforms, crediting Minerva Art Studio.

Commercial use (including book covers, merchandise, or promotion) requires a separate licensing agreement.

The artist retains all rights to the artwork, including the right to post it in portfolios or promotional material unless the client requests otherwise in writing before work begins.
6. Refunds and Cancellations

If a client cancels before the work begins, a full refund will be issued.

If work has already started, only the unfinished portion may be refunded, at the discretion of Minerva Art Studio.

No refunds are issued after the final artwork has been delivered.
7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide clear, complete information regarding their request, including references, descriptions, and any specific details.

Delay in communication may affect project timelines.
8. Communication

All official communication should be via the contact methods listed on the website.

We aim to respond to all inquiries within 1–2 business days.
9. Liability

Minerva Art Studio is not responsible for third-party delays (e.g. payment platforms or internet issues).

All services are provided on an "as is" basis, and we make no claims regarding performance outside the agreed scope.
10. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated when necessary. The current version will always be available on our website with the latest revision date.
